Terrific Tuesday

Zamora's Ultimate Challenge and What's a Housekeeper to Do?. . . .

Hosted at Bibliophile by the Sea
Every Tuesday, she'll be posting the opening paragraph (maybe two) of her current read. Why don't you join us?

The little man, named Jemlock, drew his sword, richly decorated with jewels he'd earned during his many adventures. He pulled his arm back, ready to attack the fierce dragon hurling fireballs in front of him. The dragon's eyes closed to slits as he lowered his huge heard level with Jemlock's. With every ounce of strength in his body, Jemlock struck once, twice, three times. His sword sliced through the dragon's chest, exposing the leathery creature's massive heart.

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

"Because Lally was the housekeeper, with a side order of helping him with his book research if required.

And Cameron was the boss. He was a little unconventional in his requirements at times, perhaps, because of his career as an author, but still the boss."

Thank you!

I have no idea why the captcha thing is showing up. I've got the setting marked "no" that I don't want it. Grrrrrr! But, I believe that if you skip entering anything it will post.
