Feb 20: 18,870 steps
Things I've learned this week. Tracking food is hard. The tortilla at Chipotle has 300 calories! I don't I eat enough calories and when I do the "enough" isn't good calories.

Tracking food is hard! I use MyFitnessPal which is a good app but I either forget to use it or can't calculate the properly. And I love Chipotle but I switched to the burrito bowl or salad. You did great on your steps! Have a great week!
