Fitness Friday update

started FitBit in February, joined the challenge Feb 17th, . . . now I've got a personal personal trainer. Not a gym employee, an actual college grad, I passed the exams kind of personal trainer. Which means help and accountability.

Feb 20: 18,870 steps
Things I've learned this week. Tracking food is hard. The tortilla at Chipotle has 300 calories! I don't I eat enough calories and when I do the "enough" isn't good calories. 

Feb 27: 7,189 steps - NOT a misprint, I've done horrible!
My sleep needs to be a priority, it messes up my food and exercise! I had a doctor appointment this week and got refills on my medication. I've got two important ones and ran out of one of them too long ago to tell you.  Joined WW and after 3 days, my account wasn't being recognized. grrrr

um, still no link-up, I think I better go off on my own as far as blogging goes. The Geeky Blogger and I are still FitBit friends. :-)


Mar 6: 14,072 steps
Well, I did better. Food tracking is still hard. WW is still jerking me around (time to cancel). I've got a new personal personal trainer. Not a gym employee, an actual college grad, I passed the exams kind of personal trainer. Which means help and accountability. We've only met once but I've already got homework for next time and goals for the week. I wonder if she'll give me gold stars if I do well? ;-)
