Happy Monday

and a have a safe 4th of July to all my US friends. I love that we celebrate our independence but I don't like the hate that still abounds, keeping some of us from enjoying our independence to the fullest. The celebrations themselves can be scary - can you believe that some people shoot their guns up into the air? Where do they think the bullet is going to go!

and off my soapbox...... I did fairly well in avoiding book purchases this week but the Dollar Spot at Target got me and so did the used book sale at the library. Plus all the ebook publishers are right there, all the time, taunting me with great books ;)
