The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, January 6th and runs through Sunday, January 12th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. ... I also have more real life things going on then usual so I'm not sure if I'll get any goals done! I just hope I can get at least one review ready.

~ Final Report ~ 

I was able to check off two of my books and have made progress on a third. I would have made much better progress on my list if I hadn't read five books that weren't on the list. And then I spent too much time reading an online serial that doesn't even count!

I am happy to report that I got 1,175 pages read AND some of my real life stuff ;-) Plus, both cats are fine.
