Then Elizabeth at Silver's Reviews had a post about it (here) and I started thinking about it again.
I've got 14 risers to paint. Our stairs have a corner so most won't be seen from the front door. I think I can narrow it down to 14 authors but not sure about titles. Also, the bottom three could be seen from the front door but about the only time you'd see the bottom two is walking up to the front door while it's opened.
- Memorial Day by Vince Flynn
- The Four Phase Man by Richard Steinberg
- The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams
- Arrow's Flight by Mercedes Lackey
- Dune by Frank Herbert
- The Cat Who Played Post Office by Lillian Jackson Braun
- Reflex by Dick Francis
- Dragon Harper by Anne McCaffrey
- Magician by Raymond E. Fiest
- On a Pale Horse by Piers Anthony
- Wild Magic by Tamora Pierce
- Hazard by Jo Beverley
- It's In His Kiss by Julia Quinn
- There's No Such Things as a Dragon by Jack Kent
What titles would you choose?

Great titles! I'm wishing I had more stairs lol
I love the idea of these. I have mine decoupaged with vintage looking black and white napkins on the fronts then the steps painted aqua. They're...bold. lol

I think those would be the ones I went with :D I so might have to ask this on FB. Would be fun to see responses I think :)
I loved Just a Hint Clint! I also forgot about Jill Shalvis and Christine Feehan :-(
Also, not sure how the Deviations series by Chris Owen and Jodi Payne would go over with my husband ;-)
Fun list! I keep seeing those cool stairs and being a little envious.
