I've been gone a while. I started reading fanfiction to escape and I got sucked in an abyss.

I have no idea if someone else is hosting similar challenges. I just grabbed some of what I have hosted before.

Here's to a happy year of great reading
Jan2023: Not much has changed. Writing a fanfiction now O_o as well as reading but I bought 7 new books in December and hope to get those read soon. Crossing fingers about adding challenges (late!)

Thanks for Joining The In the Middle Challenge. Maybe the size of books doesn't matter, but I didn't want to cut books over 300 pages from my reading list just because I was going to try to read smaller books and larger books. So far I have kept a good balance. I haven't read that many short books yet, but I have been reading many long books and middle books. I'm in the middle of The Caster Chronicles (The Beautiful Creatures series) and they are huge, but amazing books.
