Oh, wait. Maybe it was.
The good news is that except for meds and being afraid to really push it at the gym, I seem to be back to the way I was. I'm working on the afraid part.
So to help with the health issues and keep all my stuff in one place, Friday is going to be an off topic day of health, food, exercise, goals . . . stuff like that.
I'll find/make a cute picture to bring it all together but for now you'll have to make do with text.
New plan: M heads upstairs to bed about 9 p.m. I usually go too but change into sweats and go back downstairs and read :D The new plan is to change clothes and go to the gym.

Exercise video way too early this morning. I wasn't able to do the whole thing but my Fitbit said I had 21 minutes of "fairly active" so I'm going to count that as 1 mile and work on completing the whole thing.

yoga with Sam planned. Nope, went shopping for fabric to make bean bags for Thursday. (grrr...someone else did them). Didn't do a video this morning :-( It's 9 p.m. now and I tested at 109. Huh, I had pizza for dinner. Still, not going to the gym right now. Video later sounds good.

Heading over to my Mom's this afternoon. Got in 30 minutes (1.32 miles) this morning at the gym before I had breakfast and went to bed :-)

not working well at all! I'm thinking my sleep needs to be number one. The medication, exercise and watching what I eat are important but my sleep schedule is interfering with everything!
