I've been gone a while. I started reading fanfiction to escape and I got sucked in an abyss.

I have no idea if someone else is hosting similar challenges. I just grabbed some of what I have hosted before.

Here's to a happy year of great reading
Jan2023: Not much has changed. Writing a fanfiction now O_o as well as reading but I bought 7 new books in December and hope to get those read soon. Crossing fingers about adding challenges (late!)

What do You Mean 2013 Is Almost Over?

I'm not finished with my reading challenges yet! In fact, I recently posted one you could join (Chill Baby, Chill) for winter that hasn't started yet.

Actually, I'm not sure I'll ever be able to complete all the reading challenges I sign up for each year. I've given up being practical and usually just go for the highest possible choice. ;-)

I am wondering just how many books I have left to complete all the challenges I signed up for.

If you've seen my challenge page (here) you know how many I've joined.

Completed: 22 PLUS Reading Challenge Addict
failed: 4
gave up on at least one

Only need one more:
Chunky (500+ pages)
Nerdy Non-Fiction
Clean Out Your eReader (by 11-30 with review)

Only need two more:
Nightwalkers
Non-Fiction Adventure (multi-year, can catch up later)
101 Fantasy Project (multi-year, can catch up later)

Only need three more:
Cruisin' thru the Cozies
Paranormal
Genre/Sub-Genre (I'm hosting!)

and to finish off the possibles . . .
Need 4 eBooks
Need 4 Romantic Suspense (two by my reading chair - both print)
Need 7 library books (I'm hosting this one too!)

Back to the original question. How many to finish all the challenges (not counting for overlap which is totally going to happen) . . . 256.

Whoa! Even taking out the two most obvious overlap challenges, I need 175. NOT going to happen.

How many do I need to be within the realm of realism? 11

7 library books (also Genre/Sub-Genre, maybe paranormal)
4 ebooks (clean out your ereader, ebooks)

Now that I've been overwhelmed as I stand here looking at the realm of realisim . . . how are you doing?

Paranormal (Fey): Hidden Passions by Emma Holly
