There are several levels. I read a complete series (13 books) and then some for 2014. I don't know how I'll do for 2015 but my one of my favorite sub-genres seem to keep me fed shifter type books ;-)

I'm going for Level 3 and plan to read 13 or more books. Each book must meet one of four requirements:

• there is an animal in the title of the book

• there is an animal on the cover of the book

• an animal plays a major role in the book

• a main character is (or turns into) an animal (define that however you'd like)
