started FitBit in February, joined challenge Feb 17th
Feb 20: 18,870 steps
Things I've learned this week. Tracking food is hard. The tortilla at Chipotle has 300 calories! I don't I eat enough calories and when I do the "enough" isn't good calories.
Feb 27: 7,189 steps - NOT a misprint, I've done horrible!
My sleep needs to be a priority, it messes up my food and exercise! I had a doctor appointment this week and got refills on my medication. I've got two important ones and ran out of one of them too long ago to tell you. Joined WW and after 3 days, my account wasn't being recognized. grrrr
