I've been gone a while. I started reading fanfiction to escape and I got sucked in an abyss.

I have no idea if someone else is hosting similar challenges. I just grabbed some of what I have hosted before.

Here's to a happy year of great reading
Jan2023: Not much has changed. Writing a fanfiction now O_o as well as reading but I bought 7 new books in December and hope to get those read soon. Crossing fingers about adding challenges (late!)

Happy Monday

I love bloggers! Thank you so much for your well wishes. I was able to enjoy the swim party, even went swimming, but paid for it Tuesday. Crossing my fingers for the rest of the week. There was improvement throughout the week but I caught a cold!

Started posting a week in review, will have to see how it goes.

Hope everyone has a great week planned.

Mailbox Monday is a place to share all the wonderful books that have come to live in your home; print, electronic and audio. Started by Marcia of The Printed Page, the mailbox is currently on tour. Check it out so you know where to go next month.

A big thank you to Martha's Bookshelf for hosting in May. June's host is Alternative Read (blog link, not post link).

I have some reprints of the Oz books on my TBR.

My favorite read last week was Emily the Strange: Dark Times by Rob Reger. Please come see what else I'm reading.

Hmmm ... I've been looking for something like The Complete Wizard of Oz ... the hard copy version for a long time ...these are among the books I'd like the chance to read at least once :-)

Hope you love Divergent as much as I did. Still Missing and Guernsey made my favourite read list in past years ... great choices. Looking forward to Never Knowing, just not sure when I'll get to it.

Have a great week and happy reading :)
