I've been gone a while. I started reading fanfiction to escape and I got sucked in an abyss.

I have no idea if someone else is hosting similar challenges. I just grabbed some of what I have hosted before.

Here's to a happy year of great reading

Library Loot

A weekly event co-hosted by
that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!

I have a HUGE pile of library books...

In the Night Kitchen - a picture book for several challenges

10,000 Dresses - a picture for a challenge & maybe an author blog visit

10,000 ideas for term papers, projects, and research papers - need I say more?

Fitness over Fifty and Strength Training Past 50 - I'm not fifty but I'm tired of all the get in shape books with exercises for those already in shape!

Walking - got to start somewhere ;-)

The 39 Clues: The Maze on Bones - wondering what all the fuss is about

The Knight and the Dragon - picture book for a couple of challenges

I read The Lost Symbol from the library because I wanted to make sure Dan Brown got as little money as possible from me.
