It's been an interesting year so far. I've lost both my Moms. My mother died in January after a long decline. Soon after, my Mother-in-Law went in for bypass surgery. While her heart healed, other issues zapped her strength and she died April 22.

I may have challenge update posts but I don't know when I'll be posting regularly or when I'll get to visit everyone who is working on the challenges I'm hosting.

Fangtastic Fiction Challenge
Jan 1 to Dec 31

There are several levels to this challenge so you'll need to check out the sign-up post for the rest of the information.

I'm going for the minimum “Newly Turned” and must read four novels, one from each category.

First Blood
This is the category for vampire tales that were written prior to 1900.

Things That Go Bite In The Night
This is the category for works firmly entrenched in the horror genre.

Kiss Of The Vampire
This is the category for all books that have romance as one of its main genres/focus.

High School Is Hell
This is the category for all vampire books that fit in the young adult category.

I know two books for sure but am sure I can find two more.

Classic: Dracula – Bram Stoker
Horror: Yellow Moon - Jewell Parker Rhodes
Young Adult:
