book 5 of the Blossom Street Series
Debbie takes us back to where it all started. The Yarn Shop. Lydia offers a class called Knit to Quit for people who want to quit something-or someone!
Phoebe recently ended her engagement to a man who doesn't know the meaning of faithful.
Alix is trying to quit smoking. Again.
Bryan joins on the advice of his doctor as a way to deal with stress.
In addition to the drama of the class members, Anne Marie and her adopted daughter Ellen have an unexpected visitor.
There is enough going on to satisfy those of us who have read all the books and were looking forward to seeing old friends while at the same time the book would be enjoyable if it is your first Blossom Street book. The characters are real and the situations believable even though I thought Phoebe's ex is a real-something-else!
