I had planned on witty posts, scheduled ahead of time. I had all day Sunday to work on them. Did it happen? Noooooo. I've sprained my rotator cuff making sitting in my reading/blogging chair uncomfortable. I found this out on Friday. To add salt to the wound, I have an earache. Well, I haven't been to the doctor about that yet but I'm sure that is what they'll say. The fun part is I won't have a car. We're a two-car/three-driver family and one car will be at work and the other at school :-(
So, I have a smoothie recipe for you [with changes] and not much else. I am half done with tomorrow's post and I'm hoping that with medication I'll be able to get more finished. Yes, I'm a wimp.

Ingredients
½ cup frozen mixed berries [no blueberries]
¼ cup frozen mango chunks [1/2 banana]
½ cup 100% pomegranate juice
½ cup coconut milk
½ teaspoon flax or chia seeds (optional) [chia seeds]
Ice as needed depending on the desired consistency
